pleasant accommodation
efficient check-in friendly staff convenient location disappointing breakfast slow service
check-in was efficient. friendly staff explained everything. the room was bigger than expected. the hotel location is close to the train station and in the city center providing easy access. the bar was well stocked and provided a pleasant experience.
the breakfast was disappointing. it took ages to get things we asked for. i wasn't aware beforehand that the spa had to be booked. we paid extra to have the wellness room.

the beds were very comfortable , and the location was ideal. the place was super clean. the staff were top notch , it was a VERY positive experience.
the body wash had not been topped up. the shower wasn't very good.

moldy bath dusty fan
the staff were friendly, and the location was central, acceptable.
i was disappointed to find mold around the bath. dust was also noticeable in the fan. the lack of a heated towel rail and even a simple hook was inconvenient.. finally, the bath and shower combination seemed outdated, and the rolled-up bath mat felt unhygienic.
